This time I will introduce homogenizing.

Homogenizing is the elimination of impurity elements in the material.

 

This equalizes the tissue of the entire material and eliminates internal stress and strain.

 

Heat and hold at a high temperature of 1000°C to 1300°C and cool the furnace.

 

Homogenizing is also known as soaking.

I introduced five kinds of burnt-out with this.

The heating temperature varies depending on the purpose, but the cooling is always furnace cooling.

We will introduce "Normalizing", which cools by air cooling, next time.
